If you are a Senior HR Administrator with strong organisational and management skills then this is the perfect role for you.


Some of your duties will include:


  • Managing the HR function for the Company ensuring all legislative responsibilities are fulfilled
  • Working closely with the CEO to assist with the successful running of the company
  • Liaising with external HR support company to ensure all documents were up to date
  • Managing recruitment process from instigation stage through to successful delivery
  • Preparing all relevant documentation including contracts etc for new employees
  • Monitoring employee performance and managing disciplinary process
