HR Administrator
Description
If you are a Senior HR Administrator with strong organisational and management skills then this is the perfect role for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Managing the HR function for the Company ensuring all legislative responsibilities are fulfilled
- Working closely with the CEO to assist with the successful running of the company
- Liaising with external HR support company to ensure all documents were up to date
- Managing recruitment process from instigation stage through to successful delivery
- Preparing all relevant documentation including contracts etc for new employees
- Monitoring employee performance and managing disciplinary process
