Description

A very established local organisation are seeking a HR Administrator to assist the Head of HR with the day to day management of HR function.

 

Some of your duties will include:

 

  • Supporting the Head of HR with the recruitment of staff across all sectors
  • Advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates and arranging interviews
  • Preparing candidates welcome packs and issuing contracts and other letters
  • Maintaining staff records and recording details of all absences and holidays
  • Collating payroll information at month end and supporting annual salary review
  • Ensuring probationary period are diarised and reviews undertaken
