If you have good customer service skills and are a good organiser then this role for a Hire Administrator could be ideal for you.


Some of your duties will include:


  • - Providing customer service and administrative support on the Hire Desk
  • - Liaising extensively with clients and building successful business relationships
  • - Administering orders received from clients and setting up on computer system
  • - Allocating equipment required by clients and arranging the despatch of goods
  • - Informing clients of delivery schedule and tracking orders that have been despatched
  • - Preparing client invoices and ensuring they were despatched on schedule
