Hire Administrator
Description
If you have good customer service skills and are a good organiser then this role for a Hire Administrator could be ideal for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- - Providing customer service and administrative support on the Hire Desk
- - Liaising extensively with clients and building successful business relationships
- - Administering orders received from clients and setting up on computer system
- - Allocating equipment required by clients and arranging the despatch of goods
- - Informing clients of delivery schedule and tracking orders that have been despatched
- - Preparing client invoices and ensuring they were despatched on schedule
