Description

If you are a good all-rounder then this Purchase Ledger Clerk position will be perfect for you, no two days will be the same in this role.

 

Some of your duties will include:

 

  • - Assisting in the Finance Department with a wide range of account duties
  • - Inputting supplier and contractor invoices received onto the accounts system
  • - Reconciling supplier statements and chasing any missing invoices if needed
  • - Completing weekly payment run and processing cheque and BACs payments
  • - Allocating daily payments received to client accounts and preparing payment reports
  • - Completing credit card reconciliations and processing staff expenses
  • -
