This position would suit a Bookkeeper who would like to work in a really creative environment with a team of fun colleagues, the business has been growing steadily and has a great reputation in the local area


Some of your duties will include:


  • Working in a busy Finance Department and assisting generally with the day to day finance activities
  • Assisting with the management of the sales, purchase and nominal ledger up to trial balance level
  • Raising sales invoices, credit notes and statements sending out to clients on a weekly basis
  • Managing any invoice queries that occur and ensuring all issues are resolved promptly
  • Matching delivery notes and purchase orders with supplier invoices and allocating nominal codes
  • Reconciling supplier statements and processing weekly cheque and BACs payments
