This is a brilliant opportunity within a successful local Company for an ambitious and energetic Finance Administrator who is at the start of their career and would like a new challenge in the workplace.


Some of your duties will include:


  • - Assisting the Finance & Practice Manager with the management of the finance functions
  • - Inputting supplier invoice on the computer system and assisting with weekly payment runs
  • - Raising sales invoices and recording details of client payments received on accounts system
  • - Assisting with reconciling bank accounts and investigating any anomalies that occur
  • - Maintaining rental ledger and recording details of payments received from tenants
  • - Setting up new tenancy details on the computer system including rental agreements
