Some of your duties will include:
- Providing all round executive secretarial and administrative support for Principle
- Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence and reports
- Managing diary schedule, co-ordinating client meetings and preparing required paperwork
- Fielding incoming telephone calls and dealing with general client enquiries where possible
- Maintaining computerised client database and updating information field when required
- Sending out client invoices and chasing payments which are overdue when needed
