Some of your duties will include:

 

  • Acting as primary point of contact for staff reporting repair or maintenance requirements
  • Liaising with staff members and establishing exact nature of requirements
  • Raising work task schedules on computer system and tracking progress of works
  • Allocating work to be completed to Contractor ensuring they meet compliance requirements
  • Raising purchase orders for works, equipment and materials, checking payments received
  • Monitoring contractor performance and maintaining service attendance records
