Some of your duties will include:

• Managing the customer service function and leading and motivating a team of Customer Service Assistants
• Ensuring an unbeatable level of service is provided to customers at all times
• Managing accounts for retail customers and Distributors and developing strong business relationships
• Monitoring workload across team and providing support and training as needed
• Ensuring that customer order requirements are processed effectively and efficiently
• Dealing with any escalated customer issues that occur and resolving all issues in a prompt manner
