• - Managing supported living care service for 3 supported housing programmes
• - Maintaining discipline, control and efficiency of day – to – day operations
• - Organising the deployment of staff in the most effective and efficient manner
• - Ensuring that standard services are delivered across all areas of the company
• - Monitoring Health and Safety issues and working closely with heads of care and support to ensure compliance
• - Managing operational resources to ensure income is in line with activity and financial forecasts
