Description

A keen and enthusiastic Accounts Clerk with a little working experience is required to join a wonderful team within an established and currently expanding local organisation.

 

Some of your duties will include:

 

  • Supporting the Accounts Manager by assisting with day to day accounts and finance activities
  • Assisting with the sales, purchase and nominal ledger function up to trial balance level
  • Managing credit control function and chasing overdue client payments by telephone
  • Helping to prepare quarterly VAT return and submitting online payments to HMRC
  • Reconciling petty cash, checking credit card expenditure and processing staff expenses
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts and actual vs budget analysis
