If you are at the start of your career and are seeking a position as an Administrator then this role could be for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Acting as main point of contact for incoming telephone calls and emails
- Inputting details of client maintenance requirement onto job portal
- Monitoring jobs on portal to ensure that service level agreement are met
- Updating portal with established time of engineers arrival for open calls
- Collating information and preparing morning and afternoon reports for Regional Co-ordinators
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports and completing KPI reports for management team
