Administrative Assistant

If you want a varied role where no two days will be the same then you really should consider this position for Administrative Assistant.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing administrative, reception and general support in the Private Client Department
- Managing incoming calls and managing emails, dealing with general enquires
- Acting as first point of contact for clients, contractors and visitors
- Arranging parking suspensions with local councils in order for vehicles to access clients
- Reconciling staff members expenses and credit card expenditure monthly
- Organising meetings for the customer service team and managing diary schedules
