Some of your duties will include:
- Maintaining and updating comprehensive database holding student details
- Liaising with students prior to their start date to confirm training dates and accommodation details
- Ensuring all students have valid medical certificates, qualifications, visas and passports
- Maintaining student files and ensuring they are kept up to date at all times
- Ensuring students receive the correct uniforms for their training
- Liaising extensively with students by phone, email and correspondence
