Accounts Payable Clerk
Description
If you are an Accounts Payable Clerk seeking a stand-alone role then this position with a small, local Company will be ideal for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing financial, administrative and clerical support in the office
- Keeping a track of all expenditure including supplier statements and staff expenses
- Matching purchase invoices with delivery notes and allocating nominal codes
- Inputting invoices onto purchase ledger system in preparation for payment
- Reconciling supplier statements and processing weekly cheque and BACs payments
- Managing any payment queries that arise and ensuring all issues are resolved
