If you have a real interest in accountancy, great communication and interpersonal skills this current role for an Finance Assistant could be just right for you.


Some of your duties will include:


  • Supporting the Finance Manager with the day to day management of the accounts function
  • Coding purchase invoices, inputting onto the ledger in preparation for payment
  • Reconciling supplier statements and processing weekly cheque and BACS payments
  • Raising sales invoices and recording payments received on client accounts
  • Assisting with some credit control duties, sending emails and telephoning clients to chase payments
  • Managing petty cash transactions, ensuring receipts are correct and posting details on accounts system
