This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed Account Clerk to join a very successful local organisation which continues to grow from strength to strength.


Some of your duties will include:


  • - Managing the accounts payable function and processing timely supplier payments
  • - Matching supplier invoices with delivery notes and purchase order documentation
  • - Approving invoices against database records to ensure charges are correct
  • - Allocating nominal codes to invoices and inputting onto ledger system in preparation for payment
  • - Reconciling supplier statements with ledger records and investigating variances
  • - Completing monthly payment run and processing cheque and BACs payments
