Description

A great new opportunity is available for a Accounts Clerk with a very professional local Company, the role would suit a committed individual who prides themselves on doing a great job.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Assisting in the Finance Department with the daily running of the sales ledger function
  • Raising client sales invoices, credit notes and statements on a monthly basis
  • Allocating payments received by cheque and BACs to client accounts and reconciling ledger
  • Chasing overdue payments by telephone and email, agreeing repayment schedules with clients
  • Managing any invoice queries that arise and ensuring all issues are resolved promptly
  • Reconciling ledger at month-end and preparing debtor reports for the Accountant
