Description

An all-round Accounts Clerk is required to join this small, local Company and support their Accountant with the management of the accounts function.

 

Some of your duties will include:

 

  • Managing the sale and purchase ledger function on a day to day basis
  • Matching purchase invoices with delivery notes and inputting on computer system
  • Forwarding invoices to relevant line Manager to obtain payment approval
  • Reconciling supplier statements and processing international payments
  • Inputting sales invoices on the accounts system and recording payments received
  • Monitoring client accounts and chasing overdue payments when necessary
