A dedicated Sales and Accounts Assistant is required to provide support with the day to day management of the bought and sales ledger function.


Some of your duties will include:


  • Assisting with the day to day management of the sales and purchase ledger
  • Matching supplier invoices with delivery notes and inputting onto computer system
  • Reconciling supplier statements and preparing cheque and BACs weekly payments
  • Raising sales invoices, credit notes and client monthly statements
  • Checking client payment receipts and allocating to client’s accounts
  • Monitoring client accounts and chasing overdue payments by telephone and email
