If you are an Accounts Assistant with a good knowledge of purchase ledger then this position with a small successful organisation could definitely be perfect for you.

 Some of your duties will include:

  • Matching purchase invoices with delivery notes and purchase order documentation
  • Inputting invoices onto the computer system in preparation for payment
  • Allocating nominal codes to invoices and forwarding to line Manager for payment
  • Reconciling supplier statements and processing cheque and BAC’s weekly approval payments
  • Managing any invoice queries that arise and ensuring all issues are resolved
  • Collating payroll details for fortnightly paid employees and inputting on the system
