Description

If you have managed the office function in a medical practice then this Administration Manager role will be perfect for you.

Some of your duties will include:

 

  • - Managing day to day office function and supervising the administration team
  • - Controlling the reception area and ensuring an effective customer service is provided
  • - Managing working rotas for team of GPs ensuring adequate cover at all times
  • - Maintaining computerised appointment system for all medical services provided
  • - Handling general patient enquiries, giving out test results and dealing with prescriptions
  • - Participating in the recruitment of new team members and providing induction training
