Sales Administrator
Description
A confident Sales Administrator with strong organisation skills is needed to join a successful local Company who provide a very specialised range of products to clients worldwide.
Some of your duties will include:
- - Liaising with customers, sales agents and overseas offices by telephone, fax and email
- - Opening, maintaining and filing customer sales orders with all relevant documentation
- - Preparing invoices, packing lists and shipping documentation for products that are exported
- - Tracking deliveries with specialist Companies and flagging up when there are any delays
- - Ordering stock and monitoring the movement of stock on the computerised system
Dealing with any queries received and liaising with overseas factory to resolve issues
