Customer Service Assistant
Description
This is a really exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant seeking a part time role to provide support to a busy field based sales team, if you have first class customer service skills then this position will be right up your street.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing dedicated administrative and customer service support for a team of field based Sales Executives
- Handling incoming telephone calls, assisting with client enquiries and escalating issues that arise when needed
- Taking customer order requirements and processing orders from instigation stage through to delivery
- Preparing work sheets for engineering team and co-ordinating installation of equipment
- Ordering parts and equipment required to meet customers order requirements
- Maintaining computerised customer database records and ensuring details are kept up to date
