Assistant Customer Service Manager
Description
If you have worked in a customer service capacity, have supervisory experience and want a job with a difference then why not look at this role for an Assistant Customer Service Manager.
Some of your duties will include:
- - Assisting the Customer Service Manager with the management of the Customer Service Department
- - Ensuring that the customer service team are performing their tasks efficiently
- - Maintaining calendars and schedules for engineering team and organising call outs
- - Handling customer enquiries and complaints and ensuring all issues are actioned
- - Organising departmental meetings and collating required paperwork and materials
- - Collating operational data and compiling reports for the management team
