Assistant Accountant
Description
This is a brilliant opportunity for an Assistant Accountant to join a prestigious local Company where in return for hard work and commitment there will be the opportunity to develop a long and successful career.
Some of your duties will include:
- - Managing the bookkeeping and accounts function on a day to day basis
- - Raising sales invoices and recording payments received from clients on their account
- - Checking purchase invoices received, allocating nominal codes and processing supplier payments
- - Reconciling petty cash, employee expenses and corporate credit card expenditure
- - Preparing cash book records and completing weekly bank reconciliations and investigating anomalies
- - Completing month-end process and preparing management profit and loss reports
