Description

A Sales Administrator with strong people skills is required to join this established and highly respected local Company and assist with a wide range of tasks in a busy Sales Department.

 

Some of your duties will include:

 

  • - Providing extensive support with the customer service function and managing client accounts
  • - Inputting customer orders received via the website or on the telephone onto the computer system
  • - Tracking customer orders from instigation stage through to successful completion and delivery to customer
  • - Dealing with product enquiries and making recommendations based on customers individual requirements
  • - Sending out sales and marketing material to potential customers and coordinating the delivery of product samples
  • - Maintaining CRM customer database system and ensuring information held is accurate and up to date
