Description
A bright enthusiastic person is required to work as Junior Secretary for this really excited local organisation.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing all-round secretarial support for the management team
- Preparing correspondence, reports, engagement letters and quotations
- Managing diary schedules, arranging client meetings and setting up meeting rooms
- Fielding incoming telephone calls and emails, dealing with routine enquiries
- Liaising with clients to inform them that their accounts are required by team
- Maintaining and updating client database records and updating corporate website
