Business Support Assistant
Description
A small, local company are looking for someone to provide general support in the office, so if you are a Business Support Assistant then this role could be for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting in the office with a wide range of administrative tasks
- Managing incoming telephone calls and dealing with client enquiries
- Collating information from surveying team and preparing client quotation
- Following up on quotations in order to ascertain whether client wants to go ahead
- Setting up new projects to be completed on system including any special instructions
- Raising client invoices and recording payments received on computer system
