An ambitious Sales Administrator is required by this growing organisation to manage client accounts and administer client order requirements.

Some of your duties will include:

– Managing client accounts and ensuring a high level of service is provided at all times
– Maintaining regular contact with clients to establish their order requirements
– Ensuring that client orders are processed efficiently and effectively through to delivery stage
– Proactively calling clients occasionally to promote new products available and managing orders received
– Maintaining computerised client database records and updating details when required
– Costing orders that have been processed, raising sales invoices and recording payments received
