A confident and highly professional Receptionist with strong administration skills is required to join this growing local Company, this is a varied role with lots of responsibility.

Some of your duties will include:

– Meeting and greeting visitors in the reception area and announcing their arrival
– Answering incoming telephone calls and transferring callers to relevant staff member
– Dealing with incoming enquiries where possible and resolving queries
– Maintaining client database records and updating information when needed
– Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence and reports
– Monitoring stationary levels and ensuring there is paper in all office machines
