This is a great opportunity for hardworking Receptionist with strong administration skills to join a thriving local business, the role would suit someone who is easily motivated and able to represent the organisation in a professional manner.

Some of your duties will include:

– Managing the reception desk, greeting visitors to the Company and completing visitors book
– Answering incoming telephone calls and either transferring callers or dealing with general enquiries
– Carrying out day to day administrative requirements for the senior management team
– Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence reports and presentations
– Maintaining client database records and updating information held when needed
– Receiving parcels and deliveries, franking outgoing post and arranging special deliveries
