This is a brilliant opportunity for a keen and enthusiastic HR Co-Ordinator with excellent people skills and an ambitious nature to join a highly professional local Company who are currently expanding.

Some of your duties will include:

– Providing extensive support for the HR Manager and assisting the HR Team Leader with daily activities
– Maintaining and updating employee holiday and sickness records and authorising holiday absences
– Drafting a wide range of documentation including salary review letters, offer letters and contracts of employment
– Organising staff appraisals, preparing appraisal packs and taking notes throughout appraisal meetings
– Assisting with the recruitment of new staff members and liaising with candidates to organise interviews
– Completing general reference and 5-year history checks and verifying candidates right to work in the UK
