An experienced Bookkeeper is required to manage the accounts function for this small, unique, successful organisation. This is a standalone role offering real variety.

Some of your duties will include:

– Managing all aspects of the day to day bookkeeping function
– Raising client invoices and recording details of payments received on the system
– Matching purchase invoices with delivery notes and processing supplier payments
– Managing the credit control function and chasing overdue client accounts
– Preparing cash book records and completing weekly bank reconciliations
– Producing accrual and prepayment schedules and posting month-end journals
